Event Works UK operate Challenge 25 on the door. Please bring photo ID if you are under 25, look under 25 or are likely to be challenged. There will not be any exceptions to the Challenge 25 Rule.

Your wristband is only for the session you have booked for and cannot be used at any other session nor used more than once.

You can come and go from the event throughout your session but please keep your wristband intact and on your wrist for re entry.

Seating is very limited in the main event area. The VIP area has guaranteed seating available.

Please do not bring food and drink onto the premises. Only food and drink given or purchased at the event can be consumed on the premises.

Event Works UK regrets that apart from extenuating circumstances we are unable to offer refunds.

Event Works UK operate within Drink Aware guidelines and advise all Event Works UK attendees to Be Safe and Drink Responsibly.

Tickets and Arrival

When you purchase your ticket/s please print them off and bring them along with you to gain entry to the venue.
W will scan your tickets and you’ll then be given your wristband/s and can gain entry to the Event Works UK session.


  • Tickets cannot be exchanged for any other Event Works UK
  • Valid tickets or ticket codes are only accepted at entry.
  • We cannot be held liable for any tickets/wristbands which are lost or stolen.
  • It is the responsibility of the ticket buyer to ensure booking details and tickets are correct as mistakes cannot always be recorrected.
  • In the event of the event advertised on the ticket having to be abandoned during the event (for any reason) the event will deemed to have been held and no refunds will be possible.
  • Event Works UK accepts no responsibility for any personal property lost, damaged or stolen.
  • Whilst we operates a “safe drinking” campaign we cannot be held responsible for any personal injuries or damages obtained whilst under the influence of alcohol.
  • No refunds will be made if a venue is changed as the event is still going ahead within a very close area of the original event
  • All audience members consent to photos/ videos being taken about the event
  • No refunds are given
  • If the event is cancelled prior to the event starting we will will automatically refund tickets booked from the website (online bookings) after this date and back to the payment card used in the original transaction. If a ticket was purchased at a ticket outlet (not from it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to organise their own ticket refund by contacting us through the website, as refunds will not be available at the ticket outlet used to purchase them.


  • To refuse entry to or remove any persons from the events
  • For security at the event we will have to search all bags prior to arriving at the event.
  • Make changes to the schedule due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Cancel the event for reasons beyond our control without notice and without liability to pay any person compensation/ damage whatsoever.
  • Abandon the event during the event times due to unforeseen circumstances without liability to pay any person compensation or ticket refunds.


  • ID will be asked for if you look 25 or under at the door or bar. If you can’t prove you are over 18  you will be refused entry or asked to leave.
  • We cannot be responsible for the language, including swear words, used by band members during their performances.
  • We operate a zero tolerance policy to drugs and dangerous behaviour.
  • No alcohol, soft drinks or food may be brought into the event or it’ll be taken off you
  • Dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • The bars are operated by a drink token system. Tokens are non-refundable so please purchase  what you intend to spend
  • No pets of any type or children are allowed into the event
